First visit this morning after moving from another state. Saw Doc Debbie & Chelsea, both were very friendly but very professional. Dr. Ford was incredibly kind and welcoming. She and her staff were very thorough and knowledgeable and were able to address any and all questions or concerns I had. The day of the procedure, I was able to meet and speak with Dr. Ford, the anesthesiologist, and the nurses beforehand and all saw to my comfort and calmness. Following surgery, I had several post op appointments to make sure results were as expected and I even received discounts on other products/ services from the office. The facility is very clean and every office member that I’ve met has been very pleasant.

She was kind and very knowledgeable. I had an issue in the past with Botox causing me headaches and pressure in my sinus area. She suggested using a lesser amount, taking Advil immediately, and drinking water. I did get a mild headache, but did as she suggested, and within 90 minutes it was gone and did not return. The results were great. I just wanted mild results, and I am very happy with them!

Dr Hill is wonderful and very caring, from the 1st consult he made me feel comfortable, looked at me and listened to what I wanted.

All i asked that needs to be done were done appropriately with no problem and according to plan. the staff were professional in dealing with me.

Everyone was nice, respectful and personable. Above all everyone was knowledgeable and caring. Chelsea explained everything before the treatment, asked if I had any concerns/questions. She was very gentle and I'm pleased with my results!
